This loaded baked potato dip combines all of the fantastic flavors of a classic loaded baked potato - sour cream, bacon, cheese and scallions. Scoop away with potato chips!
16 ounces sour cream
1 (12-ounce) package bacon, cooked and finely chopped
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld together. Garnish with extra shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Serve with your favorite potato chips or pretzel crisps. Dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving if it has been refrigerated for longer than an hour.
In the introductory episode, Spencer and Lara introduce themselves, discuss their mission statement, and talk about board games! We take a look at Super Hack Override, Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu, and Rococo. We also have a delicious recipe for Game Night Grub, and we end the episode with some advice on how to get your significant other to be open to trying new board games.
